You'd need to copy the image to your computer, most systems let you right click on things then save. Then you need to upload the image (if it's not too big) as an attachment to the post you make on the forum. There are manage attachment tools to the side of your post window. select the file and upload it. Then it will be a thumbnail at the bottom of your post.
