Yep. It's called 'Comipo'. You have to work with the program in order to get it to look good, but it's easy to use. You can create your own pics, manga, anything, and you can sell it without worrying about copyright. The characters you create with this program is yours.

A Fellow 'ComiPo' user, huh? Well it's nice to meet you! If you don't mind, I do have some advice for you. It is difficult to get the right effect for tickling, but sometimes now showing the entire body is the best thing to do. Also using multiple models helps out a lot. Anyways great work...
