I'm a "lee" and have been into the scene for quite a few years. I got into ticking by pure accident. I used to goto a pedicure salon, and the owner and his wife would give me crazy intense treatments that would last sometimes over an hour. It was obvious that they were both into feet and tickling. I found the experience to be very intense. I never complained. They could tell that I was into it and gradually over time cranked-up the intensity. Let's just say that things eventually got very interesting and complicated.
