apparently.. it did... and pretty badly. My Friend(yup... I know who these tormented feet belong to) shumaila from North India saw that a henna stall was set up. Naturally, girls love to decorate their bodies and pamper themselves sometimes, so shumaila paid for a tatoo. Her big mistake though...
