Speaking from personal experience only, I can tell you that my wife’s ticklishness varies. When she is “happy” or in the mood she can be crazy ticklish. But if for example she is in a bad mood or just not in the mood to be tickled then she reacts differently.

My fantasy is seeing my wife in the predicament after a night out, having a few drinks and getting a little tipsy, then going to a younger guys house who throws her on the bed, sits on her legs, and tickles the fuck out of her silky feet

I can speak from experience as well. When my wife wears nylons her legs are so much more sensitive. Besides squeezing her knees or thighs, just tracing my fingernails on them makes her go crazy!

Watching a skilled Ler wreck my wifes ticklish feet

Love it in the rare occasions that I have a friend over any my wife’s is relaxing on our reclining sofa. I too have fantasized about seeing her feet trapped that way.

What about - someone in law enforcement that is a Ler? Imagine the cop working a late weekend shift pulling over a drunk twenty-something, giving her the field sobriety test (most women kick their heels off for that) and then arresting her and searching her? So many tickle chances.
