I love that scene too! Right before Shaggy gets tickled on his foot Scooby has his nose tickled causing him to sneeze which is what causes the people to come looking for them. It's from one of the episodes of "The New Scooby Doo Movies". I hope this information helps.

Scooby Doo try's with all of his might to hold on to the secret plans but it looks like this woman might have the upper hand on him:shock: Will Scooby be able to hold out alittle longer :veryhappy I got the idea for this drawing from the Bullwinkle cartoon I posted on the forum a little while...
