I know a love of tickling and a love of feet seem to go together for many people, although for me it was always about the tickling. Feet are just a good place to tickle.

I don't know whether this particular person is an art thief or not, but I do know there are many people on deviantART who look out for art thieves and report them to the admins who do take action, so if he is one he's going to get his account deleted.

According to urbandictinary.com, the slang term is manther, a portmanteau word created from blending man and panther. A search on Google will reveal it appearing on numerous other sites as well.
