Okay... By tickling minors, are you talking about tickling "children" as in kids, like preteen 12 year olds? Or are you talking about tickling teenagers, like 15-17 year olds who DO have an established sex drive and have similar desires and so forth? They say that the late teens are the time...

I'm having a slight problem. I have a best friend who I like to tickle, because my friend is extremely ticklish and loves being tickled. However, I've noticed that my friend is starting to react less and less. Aside from long breaks of tickling, does anyone have any ideas on how to resensitize...

Depends on the person. It really just boils down to whether or not they like being tickled. Personally, if a foot massage turned into tickling, I'd be one happy camper. =) That's just me, though.

Personally, I don't think that abusive tickling really bothers me, though the thought of having something like that done to me makes me quiver. I might seem like a hypocrite saying that, but think of it this way. I don't mind watching scary movies with graphic murders, nor do they really bother...
