no I`m not minor .. I use my visa but c4s don`t accept it and clip cash card too .. support team told me that they will support my visa last 4 numbers in 1 day .. but nothing happened till 3 months can I send u money using electronic bank like alertpay or webmoney ....etc \ then u buy for me...
