In most cases it's my bf tickling me when I'm on the phone. It suuucks because it's usually my mom just checking up on things or when I'm trying to order food and am forced basically on the floor biting back laughter and snickers.

It's normal! =) If I'm really caught off guard I will scream. One time my bf grabbed my sides out of random and I doubled over and screamed in my friends face by accident..which caused her to scream. It's also happened in Chipotle and I was so embarrassed I walked out lol. So many noise come...

I think all the tk scenes i was exposed to when i was little from shows like dbz, pokemon, digimon, little bear, etc.

i haven't really experienced something as extravagant as you mentioned heh but i've been tickled while i was upside down before. just me falling off the bed and people sealing the deal by tickling my feet until i'm completely sprawled out on the floor heh

my phone was on vibrate before while i was doing dishes, and someone called me. I almost fell to the ground giggling, and i couldn't stop it because my hands were soaking wet and slippery >~<
