I read of a similar torture method awhile ago, I believe it was uesed by the Romans. Only the tickling sensations was not the goal of the torture, but to rub the feet raw so they would blister. The person was then forced to walk a long distance on their feet. If I recall correctly, it was used...

I like the clip. I only get annoyed though if I only see feet and *nothing* else of the 'lee is viewable. I like being able to watch them laugh or strain against their bounds, much like you just showed. ;) Thanks for the clip.
