Better more, but it's closer. Like this there are a lot of videos, for me to different and pointing upwards is okay if there is an angle, but the restraints are to loose.

Upright position, possibly facing directly forward. Arms raised and spread at the sides. Toetied if possible. I'm trying to show pictures which are similar and hope to find some in other studios that i don't know.
