No, SOPA had nothing to do with this AT ALL. It hasnt even passed. The FBI did it without it. The creators and employees of MegaUpload have been charged not only with copyright infringement, but racketerring and money laundering. They're goin to jail. And the FBI didn't need SOPA to do it.
