I like the strict bondage and tickling to intensity (so I concur with Mr. Ball). Foot tickling on the rack to me is the ultimate, and I would love to see a girl foot-tickled until she yelled, "stretch", and stretched until she said, "tickle". Bastinado and candles on the feet are okay with me...
