Full body tickling, but I spend most time on the feet :)

Maybe he thinks, because you said you have a 'ticking fetish', that you like to tickle people. So he's probably waiting for you to tickle him rather than the other way round. Some people, when they are ticklish, don't like to admit it :)

I like tickling someone wearing any color ankle socks :)

I'm a feet fan too, and when I tickle them I like to see the persons face as well as the whole body. I like to see the reactions and movement while I am tickling :)
