Yea, I’d say the later - being subjected to it made her feel amazing and created shivering sensations. She’d definitely laugh at times as though she felt it tickle her feet, but I didn’t ever actually intentionally tickle her - missed opportunity in retrospect!!

So, yea, I guess it did a little- but it was a bit more than that. She loved the whole having to take off shoes and often socks - then the vulnerability of her feet being put onto the devices without shoes on. Most of them have parts that slide onto the foot, and one of them goes right around...
