I'm sorry to ruin anyone's fantasy... but the tickler in the first half of the clip does not appear to be the ticklee in the second half. They are simply wearing the same dress. If you watch near the end of the first half where the ticklee is getting her soles tickled, you will see the tickler's...

At the end of the second clip when that huge foot almost hits him in the face and he goes "GAH" I almost fell out of my chair laughing.
