I've tickled both, and let me just say, the differences are EXTREMELY evident. For one, I found that guys are a lot more squirmy when they're tickled than girls are. There's not as much hardcore laughter (at least in my guys) and it's more of a thrash around, twist and turn, etc. etc. etc...
