    Winter Storm Watch For 6 to 10 Inches Of Snow For NYC

    Total snowfall in Central Park almost 20 inches. The only 2 worse storms than this that I remember, 1996, with 21 inches, and my bday, 1-23-2016 with 27 inches. Sunday and Monday's storm ranked as one of the all time worst in NYC
