Anyone remember the series Beans Baxter? I believe he was a teenage sleuth. One episode the "bad guys" hung a guy out a window and took his shoe off then proceeded to tickle his socked foot. I believe all of this for info. Ring a bell or maybe someone has a clip of it? Mike
