    I'd like to add onto what papajbfl suggested. Gag her with the sock, secure her shoe over her nose, and while you tickle her feet have her say over and over again "please dont tickle my stinky feet" through her sock gag. I'm pretty sure she'll work faster from then on.

    Perhaps use that dirty sock as a gag while you tickle her feet with some baby oil and a brush, reminding her with each indrawn laughter strained breath through the sock that she is being punished.
