Wouldn't it be simpler if some of the sub-forums had a voting process, like slashdot or digg, so that people have a chance to "vote the pervs out"? Takes a little burden off the mods, makes the folks like Goofy not feel marginalized, gives newbies a better idea of what's OK and not.
