Yeah I had a feeling it would end poorly. I hope they pick things up in the second season. At this point I have to debate whether it's really worth watching. It seems like they have some good ideas for the series but they just aren't executing them well. Things get a little too boring.

The "Vatos" episode has some good twists to it. It had a kind of odd feel to it though. I still think the pacing is something that is holding this series back. My old Dimension 8300 has a gameport on the sound card and is running Windows XP. I can't even get my old sidewinder to work on that. Evidently there were never any drivers made for it. I finally bought a fairly inexpensive Saitek controller and it's been far better than the Sidewinder anyway.
