This is truly sad. While I never met the man in person, I had many interactions with him on the forum, all of which were hilarious. He was a good guy and will be greatly missed. My condolences and sympathies to all his friends and family.

I'm surprised no one has commented on this. It was interesting for what it was. Hope you get a chance to do more with it.

Found another thing. Along with the apples not working, when you get the bronze circlet and equip it, it doesn't add any stats.

Just started the playthrough. So far, I've discovered the red apples don't work. Bread roll heals work fine, but the apples do nothing. On a side note, Goblin Girls are a bit ridiculous. I beat one through sheer luck. The 2nd time I ran into one, I never even got off a single swing on her...

It's been so long since I played, I can't remember characters and such. I know it was late in the game when you could get it. Maybe someone with a better memory than mine could give more details.

If I remember correctly, it's back in the maze from the beginning of the game. You can only get to it once you start the last chapter, I think. I could be wrong.
