I think it's more like, if you don't have a tickling fetish, then yeah, tickling doesn't even register as sexual, so of course it's no problem between family. It's just for us, it's sexually arousing, so it affects us differently compared to others.

I agree with this. Do you think you could include an option to turn off the flashing, or reduce the intensity? All that flashing makes it impossible for me to focus. It's a really glaring negative in what's otherwise a pretty atmospheric and well-made first game!
