i agree with all the above and would like to add what an adrenaline rush it can be. Prolonged laughter can trigger your endorphins. It's an excellent cardio exercise as well as a great core workout. Shifting the focus of M/M tickling for me
one word.....endorphins. also i think its an excellent cardio exercise. its a proven fact that prolonged laughter triggers an endorphin release and is great cardio. and stress relief is a big part of that- tcklshstr8guy2
