The sound but no picture problem is almost certainly a lack of video codec problem. the sound is mp3 which everyone has, the video codec is xvid (MP4) which is available at http://www.xvid.org/Downloads.43.0.html I heartily recommend Gspot. just open any vid in gspot and it will tell you more...- teemo1
