Well... In order to get an artist pad, I'm afraid you have to actually send a private message to an admin asking for one. I waited for one too, but I found I was wasting time when the admin Tickletheater himself said that all I had to do was ask for one...

It only takes a few seconds...

But it's all your decision if you want one or not. It is however, a very convenient place to put your stuff.

You should totally ask the admins to give you your own artist forum. It would be very efficient for "Yenny and Yoly" only stuff so people won't have to peruse through tons of threads to find your work...
