As a ler, is it better to tie arms up/to the sides or tie them back? What do you feel makes the tickling better? As a lee, do you prefer having your arms extended or does it feel more restrained having them tied back?

I agree with this. With a good precise poke, you got the lee jumping and they don't have time to process being tickled in that spot before they get poked on another spot. And doing one finger pokes can be more reaction inducing because with using your entire hands, the lee will feel the big area...

I like both, it depends on my lee mood. Sometimes I want the soft, playful tickles that will have me squirming and squealing. Other times I want to be tied without being able to move at all and be tickled till I am screaming.
