There is a video on DailyMotion called "Sweet Teen Tickle 01" which features a beautiful young girl whose laugh is very much as you described Ella's in the story. At one point she tries to say "stop" in the middle of a hiccup, and it comes out sort of like a croak or a rasp.

I love this story. I wish Ella were real. I've known a few girls who hiccupped whenever they laughed. For some reason, they usually denied it, just as Ella did in your story. I find this characteristic extremely sexy, especially since the girl can't help it.
