    I have seen this video clip of a girl being tickled by 2 other girls at the same time. One is tickling her barefoot after taking the sock off and the other is tickling her legs. They are trying to get her to laugh and the lee is holding it in, the girl tickling her legs then goes for the other...

    I think she prob is still ticklish, but she's gotten used to it. So I suppose time would regain her ticklishness. The human body does get used to sensations on the skin if it is attacked enough.
