No problem, on a funny note i found it on pornhub of all things before it was removed, not sure why it was posted there, but i was lucky to stuble on it at the time and download it before it was gone. XD

The show is called Turtle Island (Tikki Turtles Insel or L'ile De La Tortue) I can't recall which episode this clip is from though.

A few of the episodes did get an official English dub release. The episodes were but together into two "movies" 1984's Time Fighters and 1985's Time Fighters in the land of fantasy. Sadly episode 53 was not one of the épisode that made the cut.

That's from the anime time bokan and this scene is from épisode 53 if I'm not mistaken.
