Wow. I'm feeling quite proud at the moment. Believe it or not, I wrote this story. I was writing under the name Brandon in the mid-80's. I'm 'de-cloaking' here for a specific reason. I have lost electronic copies of the tickling stories that I wrote back then, and I have been searching for them...
