I have no idea what set of this chain of events but you can check what the episode is called in the caps section and look for it on the E! channel...

Her barefeet are right there! but instead he decides to tickle her on... well, I'm not really sure _where_ he tickles her, or even how you figured this to be tickling. i _guess_ this was a ticklish reaction, but it was posted on that site for Brooke Burke's feet, not tickling. oh well, i guess i'll just say "nice find!" and shut up now.
