I found a clip of Lindsay Lohan from the bloopers of Herbie: Fully Loaded I don't know if she's actually getting tickled, but it sure looks like it! There's two clips. One is around 4:39, and the other is 4:52.

I dont know. I don't think he was tickling her so much as holding her in place. And I think she was laughing because she couldn't get away, more of a playful laugh then a ticklish reaction. IDK though. could be.
