I am new to Portuguese, and I am trying to transliterate the voiceover without success. What is the dude saying?

This was actually an old comercial for an internet provider. Actually i had this at a time. What they say is basically:

Surfing around the were will be so fun now that its free. It will have you rolling over laughing. And they they go about that its so easy and free to sign and surf.

Which was actually true! this servece, while it was active, was one of the 1st free internet providers and quite good if you didnt want to make any downloads. But this is a bit old now....2000 or 2001...maybe!!!

Thank you so much. I still cannot figure out the precise words, though; I feel that if I saw the Portuguese written I could figure it out, but sometimes it's hard to make the words out. How do they say "you'll be rolling over laughing?" I can only hear "vai ser blah blah blah infinitive"
