at 16:25 in the clip after the chip thief claims she 'needed those new jeans' what does the 'ler on the right say? I can't work it out, it's really bugging me. Same applies to her line after the chip thief claims she needed 'those new shoes'? Maybe it's her accent throwing my ears off.
 
I went through it and here's what I got:

"No you didn't - you are more worried about those new jeans than tickle torture"

I really dig this lee -- she looks like a lot fun to tickle. Can't help but think she looks like Debbie Harrry from the 70s rock group Blondie
