I think the 1-10 scale is relatively harmless as long as the parts in question are tame. Very nice, I think it is a travesty when women with her personality aren't ticklish or women in general for that matter lol.

This was the perfect way to ask a celebrity if she's ticklish. :)

It's really obvious and probably off-putting when the questioner makes up a whole backstory for it. Girls, especially celebrities, love to answer questions about themselves and be paid attention to. They're not sitting there trying to get into the head of the person asking, they just want an excuse to think about themselves and be known :)

Im always skeptical about people that say their crazy ticklish. ive met so many women that claim to be extremely ticklish, but turn out to be only of average ticklishness. people who arent ticklephiles are very poor at ranking their degrees of ticklishness. so i never get too excited when i hear these confessions.
 
Damn... when are we going to get a new confirmation? I'm frantically searching the net to find confirmation of another ticklish female celeb, but nothing so far. :(
 
When you click onto the Twitter site type in "ticklish feet" and you will find a whole column of mostly women talking about their ticklish feet.
