In one of the first season episodes of I Dream Of Jeannie there's a scene where she laughs hysterically for about 15 seconds.
 
If I would have to choose only one, the choice would probably come down to either Milla Jovovich, or Liv Tyler.

But I’m having more fun in choosing trios, quartets, or even quintets of ladies for these kinds of activities.
Soooo…for example:
set#1 would be Kristen Bell, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Hilary Duff and Rose McIver;
Set#2 Monica Bellucci, Angelina Jolie, Robin Wright, Sandra Bullock;
Set#3 Emma Stone, Blake Lively, Zoe Saldana;
Etc.. etc. :)

That's a great little clip. An instant classic for sure. Makes me wonder how often that happens in the TV and modeling world. I've ran across a few different clips of celebrities getting their feet wiped like that, so it must not be too uncommon. Fun to think about lol.

My answer would be Victoria Justice 100%. Between her and her feet being gorgeous, the fact that there are so many good quality pictures of her feet(especially in the pose), and her tweeting about how ticklish her feet are, she's easily #1 on my list.
 
This could turn into such a big list. Has anyone considered Ellen Pompeo? She has an unusual smile and laugh. Her ticklish laughter would be great!
