Yes, Sonicare hands down. That will make the lee dance.
I personally like the Oral B Pulsar disposable electric toothbrushes for tickling. The plastic pieces in the bristles add a good intensity.

Pulsonic is awesome too!
I've found that the cheap children's electric toothbrushes can be quite effective as well (of course depending on the sensitivity of the lee). I've dished out some torture using Dora the Explorer as my minion of tickle evil 
.........however, I'm in the market for something a little more heavy duty and I've always heard Sonicare from others on this forum. I should be testing it out sooner than later.
