The app's name is Bubble Translator and it has various languages to choose from. I think Japanese needs the full version at some point but for now it still works for free.
Have fun translating! :)
 
Granblue Fantasy has one in the recent Cindala/Makura Cross Fate episode. Can find on Youtube

Hey guys, gotta big one. Bobby let me know how I could get my hands on that Lillith manga (the scenes have been floating around for as long as I can remember) I scanned the pages from volumes 1 and 2, so there's familiar scenes and a few more. I tried to include any surrounding pages that might have added context but I think it's just a gag the author keeps using.

Yeah no problem I was happy to help, also I did manage to track down one more work from the author which I ordered from ebay, if there are any scenes in it I will share those as well.
 
There's a couple of tickle scenes in some newly released Japanese musou game called Samurai Maiden.

It was just the one scene, but 5 different pictures of it. So in this set Mobius also reaches behind and tickles Elysia. I’m waiting on him to get back to me for more commissions though. A couple Genshin ones and then a Kiana/Mei/Theresa one.
 
Alright everybody ep one of Ayakashi triangle just aired so keep your eyes open (nothing in the first ep so keep your eyes open for the preview of the next ep)
The scene i think occurs in chapter 16 so maybe in an ep or two.

I was going to make the same post to anyone whose watching it. That's a good scene, I really hope its in the anime
 
Or it could be completely skipped like literally every other good scene that was in the toloveru authors manga! *extreme sadness*

That one is sad but understandable, considering how people nowdays take things the wrong way XD
The original scene from Dragon Quest felt waaaay too rapey

But then they kept all the scenes involving tentacles from the manga, so I don't understand their logic here…
