Well the reason I say it was interesting is because in the tweet she says "I answer the important questions." afterwards.

Now what does that tell you? Perhaps she may enjoy a nice foot tickling session?

I think she was just being sarcastic/funny, because to be honest asking someone if they're ticklish can be seen as pretty random and silly.
 
I agree with erik that Ms Chrstensen's response was probably meant to be sarcastic. Good find, nonetheless. Thanks.
 
I'll take a 6/10 any day. That says, "yeah, my feet are ticklish, and probably a little more than most peoples'." There's the potential there for her to go completely nuts if she were ever hardcore tickled.
 
Of course I have to mention that she was foot tickled in a Payless shoes commercial, but she was underage at the time so I will leave it at that.
