Found this picture. It's possible she could just be amused by something someone said but it could also be a ticklish reaction. I've no idea where this picture came from so I don't know if there's a caption to it anywhere that might shed some light on her amusement. Anyone know where the picture came from?

The picture has been chopped and is not the full pic. The full pic has her sitting next to Colton Haynes(her bf) and it came from his Instagram.

It's a ticklish reaction. She is getting a fish pedi. 9 times out of 10 it means it tickles them.
