Does anybody know why she is being tickle tortured and what and what the quick conversation was about between her and the tickler ?
 
WOW. That is fantastic. That's some of the best laughter in a mainstream scene I've ever seen/heard! It's legitimately hysterical! I WONDER...(this may be wishful thinking) if the actual laughter you hear is from them really tickling her, with fingers, and the visual scene you see with the feather is more for show, because she looks like she's just acting when he's using the feather on her. But that laughter when they're not showing the actual tickling sounds really, really real. I can picture the director saying "you know, we're going to need some real-sounding laughter here from the actress...go ahead and tickle her for a good minute or so with your fingers so we can get some good realistic laughter for this scene, and we'll dub it in later."

In any event, that was really, really amazing. Thanks for finding it and posting it!!
 
Damn I've never heard about this film. As for translation - don't ask me for the whole context, but what they said was:
(guy) - Where is the ring!
(gal) - I've never had this much fun in my life

And yes, this does not have much sense, but as polish is my native language - I'm pretty sure 'bout translation ;)

Thanks 'Strahan' for the translation. This film, or whatever it is, seems to be a comedy, so her reply in that sense does make sense LOL. I'm taking this clip for exactly what it is. A fun mainstream comedy with some goofy tickle torture in it. It's a good find and even though acting, her reactions are fun to watch. And she Does have nice looking feet ! Thanks again.
 
I never heard about this film and I'm Polish. This is low-budget comedy and even in that case have a few famous (in Poland) actors. I can add that title of this film in translation is: "Fairy tale about people from here"

But I remember something else from my childhood. When I was around 13 I watch polish tv series "Dziki" (eng. "Savage"). After that, I've dreamed a lot about that girl from this series.

around 23:20 starting a little tickle with beauty girl with bondage only in bikini. In this episode we have male feet tickling too, if someone is interested in that kind of thing.

In beginning and ending of this episode we have continuation of this bondage play, but only a little tickle. But for me, this always been best mainstream tickling and bondage scenes.
 
It's kind of fun to watch some of the other scenes in the movie and see the actress who is tickled and how her character ends up in that predicament.
