I wonder since she's allowing her soles to be painted that means her feet arent ticklish

I don't think it means anything - she's a model and part of the job is that people are constantly putting their hands on you and doing things to your body. It could mean that she's not ticklish, or that she's ticklish and doesn't mind being tickled, or she's ticklish and hates it but her job that day involved getting her foot painted whether she likes it or not.
