lol no need to be snarky about it. Just saying that it's been around for a while. It may have been uploaded by the user in April, but I'm pretty sure it's made the rounds for a few years now. It's a good video though so I'm not complaining.

It’s not “a code.” It’s literally copyright law. You can’t buy a creator’s work & then legally spread it around. I would also imagine they buy the clips because they enjoy the tickling, not because they “enjoy ruining ‘it’ (??what is ‘it’??) for everyone.”

You and your mental gymnastics lol. Funny how you're quick to cry about copyright law, yet the the people who sell these videos are the ones actually breaking copyright law since they're profiting off of someone else's work (aka the renfaire staff). Sorry but I don't have any sympathy for you or any of your hoarding buddies over the free sharing of renfaire content that should've been available to the public in the first place.

Filming people in a public renfaire setting is not 'creator's work' lol. If anything, the guys who sold the videos in the first place could get sued, or you reckon every girl you see in there signed off on those videos being sold as fetish material?

I don’t care what you don’t have for me. When you buy a product you are paying for a license to use that property; you don’t own the property. It’s not mental gymnastics, it’s the law. They teach this in colleges.

If someone else is breaking the copy right law to sell it - you’re STILL being a party to that. if you don’t like that they are doing this (and you DO like it, because the rest of the TMF’s offerings aren’t enough for you and you’re certainly not producing anything) and if you are opposed to their breaking of the law (Are they? What do you know of their contracts?) then report them.

And there’s nothing “quick” about it; the subject has come up on the TMF before. You’re just horny & mad about it.

The ones that were professionally produced for sale, yes, they had to sign off.


As for the ones that are being sold illegally (if they indeed are? You can shoot anything in a public place that is visible & a lot of these seems to be in actual cities and towns. The law is a little less simple when it comes to selling such material, so it may not be legal - but it’s not but it’s also not outright banned or illegal, either, which is what you’re implying. There are factors to consider. That’s why trials take place.) - you’re still here taking part in the process. PLUS you didn’t pay for it. You can’t look at child porn for free that someone else shot and think you’re legally in the clear.


We know you aren’t looking for these photos & videos out of a sense of justice. You’re looking for them out of a sense below your belt. If you want to stand up for those repressed people in the video having their rights violated, file a complaint against the video providers; don’t ask for “more, please, more!”

Or if you’re just not happy with what’s available and you’re white-knighting is simply a cover for your lusts (it is), then make yor own, buy your own, or go to a Kuj party. No one on the TMF owes your dick anything.

I hope that all of your renfaire video/clip hoarders(who throw hissy fits against those posted clips[even though it is people like Marco and the people who actually filmed those videos at the Italian/French/European renfaires that are the Real copyright owners of those videos and clips{and not the people that bought those videos}]) are happy,as I can see why Kujman heavily despises this forum so much(and I can't blame Kuj).

I don't hate this forum, but it doesn't seem like there's always a ton of get for what you give. Kujman is/was a class A weirdo, but he was right about that.
 
I think what always disappointed me most about this video is that the brunette girl didn't get tickled, apparently she chickened out. Not shocking, she definitely has the look!

And you’re saying the thing wrong. There are multitude of exceptions. That’s why there are court cases that are argued on the subject. There isn’t one answer.

But if there are people’s individuals rights being infringed -if- it’s interesting that you aren’t trying to get those clips & photos taken down from this forum. It’s almost like a scrotum overrode an ethical decision.
