So can anyone tell me, is Canelli the name of a particular renfaire that is infamous for these types of pics? Is it the name of a town where renfaires happen a lot? What is canelli?

Canelli is a town in Italy when once a year there is a Renfaire recreating (or comemorating) the siege of the town. In late nineties of the previous century (or early 2000) there was a group of reconstructors there capturing pretty women, putting them into stocks and tickling them, while recording that all on tape. Then the tapes/clips were put into the market for sale to all. I think guy named Lordstocks distributed them. Then someone copmlained about the filming without consent and posting the clips and the group was banned for several years from Canelli festival. Some years ago they returned, but now apparently more low-profile and with a lighter, shorter, more playful tickling and AFAIK only a few free clips on youtube, instead of hours long tapes taht were for sale back there... And they adertise ("7 witches" clip as a demo) to do the "witch questioning" show including tickling as a part of a fair, but this time with willing participants.

I have to point out something about these photos. A few of them contain children - not as the subjects, but as spectators. Even though they're on the periphery, not clearly visible, etc. I think it is very important that pics with any kids at all be excluded, given that this is a fetish forum.

I appreciate all your posting and don't mean to come across as accusatory - I am just pointing out that children need to be an absolute no-go zone. Even though this was a public event, clearly the intent on posting them here is to appreciate them from a sexual angle, and therefore I think we need to be extra careful with this stuff.

From my point of view you overreact, but AFAIK from USA point of view you may be right... I remember being in Chicago some years ago and waiting in a hotel lobby for my roommate. Being nervous and bored I wandered around - I'd just arrived and he wasn't there and If he didn't turn out I'd be in trouble, because sharing costs was vital in the case. So I just invastigated the lobby, as it was big. Like "ahh, the bar is here, the staircase here and here some people in swimsuits are going - a swimming pool, lets see where exactly! I really didn't pay attention that there were two teen girls with their mom. I mean - I registered that but didn't consider it important - just following people who obviously know where the pool is. I was just puzzled that the mom scowled at me, as I didn't come into any interaction with her - no whistling, commenting or even not trying to approach them in any manner. I shrugged it off and continued investigating. In a few moments a security guard approached me and very politely "I am not accusing you of anything, but..." said that I was reported following children. I told him the story I've written above and that was that. But it shows differences in awareness in the US and in Europe, at least my part of it. Cultural differences - as I wasn't trying to approach them in any way and turned back immediately after I saw where the pool is and how to get there I didn't think my behaviour offensive and the mom saw a creepy guy following her bikini clad teen daughters and immediately reported me.
