Never saw the point of constantly asking someone if they're ticklish if it's already been confirmed that they're and where they're ticklish. Doesn't get more confirmed than Carmen Electra's clip from Howard Stern.

That was ages ago, and some people do lose sensitivity over time. I see no problem with it in this case.
