It's been set to close for a while now. Wikia was bought by a new host and, as with Tumblr before it, they chose to purge anything that could be seen as sexual/adult-oriented content from the site.
New site is here: animatedfeet.miraheze.org
The format isn't as good as before though (mainly the fact that you can no longer see the most recent uploaded images in their own feed).
