Would love to be wrong, but I'm pretty skeptical that this is anything truly mainstream.

Harley is a character that people are absolutely obsessed with. If she was foot-tickled in any official media, it would have been posted everywhere.

Not to mention the person who posted this is notorious for posting a lot of random YT vids with clickbaity titles so yeah, probably not worth looking into.

I’ve got him on my Ignore list because I hated always getting my hopes up + he never read what other members posted re: becoming a more productive contributor.

Some of us old timers really got spoiled by 1970s & 1980s tickling art that usually looked like the passion & the talent were present in equal supply.
